Abingdon is a Quaint Little Town, Famous for the Martha Washington Hotel, Barter Theater and the Tavern Restaurant. The Tavern, is the oldest of Abingdon’s Historic Buildings and one of the oldest west of the Blue Ridge, was built in 1779. We Visited all 3 and Loved it, the Play Miricale on 34th Street was Wonderful, Our Dinner at the Tavern Restaurant so Tasty and I tried the Wine from Abingdon Winery !! I need to visit that Winery next time we are there !!
When heading back to our car saw a White House called Wolf Cave House, has a lot of History on it’s own, there is a cave that runs under it!
